Original vintage SNCF railway travel poster for the Basque Coast - Cote Basque Societe Nationale des Chemins de Fer Francais - featuring a great Art Deco design depicting a scenic view of railway lines above the bay with a house between trees in the foreground and the rocky cliffs leading round the coast past a sandy beach with people sunbathing and swimming in the sea towards hills in the distance, set in front of a silhouette of a man's head with the train logo and slanted text below. Printed by Paul Martial et Alliance Graphique, Paris. Fair condition, restored paper losses on edges, large stain on the right edge, large restored tear in the image, backed on linen.
