Poster by Fransisco Tamagno dating from 1900 which promotes the Mexiko digestive, distilled by Deslandres Fils in Chalons sur Marne (former name of Chalons en Champagne).

On the right, a medieval festival brings together only women in traditional outfits. Some wear a hennin, a conical female headdress which appeared in Europe in the medieval period (late 14th century). The medieval festival symbolizes voluptuousness and the enjoyment of the effects of Mexiko alcohol since the dawn of time.
