Poster created by Leonetto Cappiello in 1906 for the Maurin Quina brand.
Maurin Quina was created in 1884 in Puy en Velay by Auguste Maurin. It is a traditional French aperitif with flavors of black cherry and sweet almond.
The poster represents a green devil, echoing the Green Fairy, the name given to absinthe.
