A constructivist limited edition print by Lana Sexton on white archival watercolor paper. Titled "Savoye", signed and dated 2023. This is a limited edition of 100 and is marked en verso. This listing is for a print only and framing is not included.
The idea behind Lana's abstract geometry is one of approaching the art making process as cerebral construction. It encompasses visual complexity in its interplay of geometric forms. The layering of visual structure is a building block of her two-dimensional work, allowing shapes to exist separately yet overlap in an intersection. Linear elements comprise a geometric vocabulary of forms and color density. The result is a language that is deeply personal and seeped in dimensionality. Color and construction became one.
