About the Item
Decorative vintage and original school wall chart, made in Germany in the 1960s.
Featuring the mole (latin Talpa europaea europaea) in it's usual looks and habitat, skeleton, skull & denture.
Gorgeous colours - beautiful style, composition and high quality.
School wall charts were a common teaching material in Germany from the 1880's up to the mid-20th century.
Held in black and whites, as much as greens and browns.
Black painted wooden struts, natural fibre cord for wall hanging.
The image is printed on paper, mounted on cotton fabric, so it is quite robust.
Metal hook on the side to hold the roll together when rolled up for storage or transport.
The manufacturers mark is Jung-Koch-Quentell, supplied by School-supply Hagemann, Düsseldorf.
