Henri Rivière – “Paysages Parisiens - Le Trocadéro”
This lithograph is signed by Henri Rivière and bears a red stamped seal in the lower right corner.
The artwork is authentic and from the original period.
In the margins, note a slight waviness to the left and right in the middle, small tears (1.1 cm at the top, 1.3 cm at the bottom), fold marks, and small stains.
On the lithograph itself, there are small stains in some areas and white spots (ink gaps).
The lithograph is very fresh in color, and once framed, most of the flaws will be barely visible.

About the Artist:
Henri Rivière (1864–1951) was a French painter, engraver, and illustrator. He began his career as a draftsman and then turned to intaglio printmaking, especially etching, in 1882.
In 1886, he also started working as a stage director and set designer at the shadow theatre of the Cabaret du Chat Noir, where he innovated by creating colorful, groundbreaking stage sets.
He later dedicated himself exclusively to painting and printmaking, becoming a major figure in the history of etching, printmaking, woodblock printing, lithography, and watercolor (he painted about a thousand watercolors).
