A double composition by Osmund Hansen with abstract geometric forms in blue and red, printed on one sheet.
Osmund Hansen (1908–1995) was a Danish painter and graphic artist, trained at Folmer Bonnén’s painting school. He debuted at the Artists’ Autumn Exhibition in 1935 and developed from naturalistic landscapes to abstract and constructive compositions in clear, decorative colors. Hansen exhibited widely in Denmark and abroad and, with his wife, established the Osmund Hansen Foundation to support young artists.
