Toyin Loye (1959-) Nigeria A colorful silkscreen with title “My family I” 2001, numbered 46/55 Signed lower right The measurement in passe-partout are 42 cm high and 39 cm wide The framed size is 63 cm square and the depth 2,5 cm Toyin Loye (1959) Toyin Loye studied Fine Art at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife, Nigeria. His work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Nigeria, Senegal, Argentina, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Australia, United States, Germany, Spain, Norway, Belgium and the Netherlands. Toyin was commissioned by FIFA along with Andreas Gursky, Luo Brothers, Markus Lupetz and others to create the official Art Poster for the Germany 2006 World Cup. He lives and works in The Hague, The Netherlands.
