“Cake Stand Baskets” antique quilt.
The triangles make for a more complex design than many Basket quilts are.
This example is very well pieced and quilted. The white off blocks are filled with wreaths and elaborate feathering in the border. It is done in a wonderfully soft shade of blue that has just a hint of gray. The quilt has been professionally laundered and is in sparkling condition.
