Gambone Ceramic Charger

$1,550Asking Price

About

Ceramic charger created by Bruno Gambone. Attractive shimmering glaze to the surface shows skilled glazing techniques. Emerald reactive matte glaze recalls the patina of oxidized copper, contrasting with graphic geometric design at center. Ink black rim has mottled iridescent surface. This piece catches the light beautifully--it can be hung by wire by holes at underside. Signed by the artist at the base. Italy, 1970s. Measures: 14” diameter.
