About the Item
We made this beautiful solid 14 carat gold Rose twig bangle using a cast of a Rose twig we found in the Rose garden at Cockington Court, which is a stately home in Devon, England.
The rose twig bangle is a beautiful piece of solid piece of gold, it has a lovely heft and looks really elegant on the wrist. It's a great bangle to wear as part of a special outfit or just for everyday, looks wonderful stacked with our other twig bangles. These bangles are made to order and can be made in any size. It's a really unusual piece and has a lovely twig texture.
Our rose twig bangle in 14 carat gold is created using a process called Lost Wax Casting where we make a mould of the twig and then make a wax copy. The wax twig is encased in plaster of Paris and then we burn out the wax leaving a twig shaped hole where we can pour molten metal! Once we have a gold twig we can turn it into this wonderful bangle suitable for men or for women.
If you have a bangle that you love the size of you can near the diameter (from one side to the other across the bangle) and we can make it the same size.
As standard we offer small, medium and large and you can choose this also, just let us know in the order details.
The bangles are all hallmarked with the British hallmark, including the crown which signifies gold and the makers mark and date made.
They come in a beautiful leather box with tissue paper wrapping and ribbon.
