About the Item
This silver cherub charm bracelet by Margot de Taxco is featured in the book, "Margot Van Voorhies Carr The Art of Mexican Enamelwork," by Penny C. Morrill. You will find it on page 63. It is one of Margot's most elusive and coveted pieces.
The bracelet features nine detailed and expressive cherubs playing musical instruments, posing with bow and arrow, and simply being delightfully angelic. The clasp attached to the sturdy chain works perfectly and the original safety chain is still present.
Fully and properly hallmarked, the piece is numbered 5441 on the reverse side of a cherub. Whimsical, elegant, creative, and iconic, this Margot de Taxco cherub charm bracelet is quite near impossible to find. And no wonder why. A beautiful investment piece you can wear and enjoy.
The bracelet measures approximately 7 inches in length. The cherubs measure approximately 1 ½ inch in length The bracelet makes a pleasing, gentle sound as the cherubs bump into each other when you move your wrist.
