Art Deco Rock Crystal Ruby Diamond Platinum Brooch
About the Item
Unique Art Deco brooch from ca. 1930 in the form of a flower bouquet within a crystal vase. Amazingly well hand-crafted and beautifully designed, the brooch has been worked in platinum with Old European cut and old cut marquis shaped diamonds, Perfectly matched pinkish-red buff-top rubies embellish the bouquet and make for a wonderful contrast in colors. The vase has been cut from a crystal and polished with a frosted top and angled as to give a realistic and three dimensional appearance to this brooch. A true masterpiece of period jewelry and a precious collectible.
