About the Item
A spectacular iris flower brooch dating to the Art Nouveau period. The iris is composed of fine natural blue Sapphires, a central Pearl and Old Mine Cut Diamonds. The jewels are set in 14 Karat Gold. The work is of the highest quality. The iris flower is a masterpiece of jewelry design. It dates to the Art Nouveau to Belle Epoque period, circa 1860 - 1910.
The brooch is 1 1/2 inches (36mm) long. It is 11mm wide.
The brooch weighs 2 grams.
