A lovely example of Victorian design. This 19th century treasure features a hand painted porcelain depicting a royal woman in an elegant dress and flowers in her hair. The 14k yellow gold frame features 1.20 carats of antique cut diamonds. Hand fabricated, this piece can be worn as a brooch or add a chain to the bail and wear it as a pendant. Made in France.
