A Late Victorian Rroyal Welch Fusiliers Stick Pin

About the Item

A late Victorian Royal Welch Fusiliers stick pin bearing the motto “Ich Dien” on a blue enamel banner with diamond set Prince of Wales feathers above, circa 1900, measuring 70mmx19mm, gross weight 2.5g. This antique pin is in very good condition, the enamel with signs of wear consistent with its age. Unmarked, tested as silver & 9ct gold. A Prince of Wales presentation stick pin for the Royal Welch Fuseliers, bearing the feathers of Prince Geroge, who later became Geroge V. This historic stick pin may be acquired from Bentley and Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.
