A late Victorian diamond and blue enamel stick pin

About the Item

A late Victorian diamond and blue enamel stick pin, the old-cut diamond estimated to weigh 1/3 of a carat, six-claw set surrounded by blue enamelled frame with daylight in-between, mounted in yellow gold, with rose gold pin fitting, circa 1890, measuring 0.7cm in diameter, the pin measuring 6.2cm long, gross weight 1.9 grams. This antique pin is in very good condition for its age. Unmarked, tested as 18ct gold with 15ct gold pin. A handsome late Victorian diamond and blue enamel stickpin. The blue enamel perfectly contrasts with the glittering central old-cut diamond. Coming from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales this fine stick pin would add a wonderful touch to silk tie or the lapel of a jacket. Should you choose to make this purchase we would be delighted to send it to you in a Bentley & Skinner handmade leather case packed in a gift-wrapped Bentley & Skinner black and gold presentation box. Shortly afterwards we will send you on a valuation for insurance purposes for your reference and safekeeping.
