Victorian Coral Cameo Brooch/Pendant, CA 1900
About the Item
A striking and rare coral carving attributed to Italian craftsmanship, Circa 1900. The carving represents an intricate female figure with floral and leaf motifs around her neck. The coral is natural with no indication of dye. The bezel setting was handmade in 14-karat yellow gold, and displays some oxidation due to its age. The piece can be worn as a brooch or as a pendant, It measures 2” long and weighs 13.8 grams.
