Jade Necklace with Pearl & Imperial Jade Clasp Certified Untreated
About the Item
This gorgeous certified natural and untreated Burmese jadeite jade necklace is composed of 45 10mm hand-carved and polished light lavender jade beads. As with most lavender jade, the stones are opaque yet somehow still luminous. The gem lab certification describes the color as "light violet;" an unusual tone and absolutely stunning.
The original clasp was broken so we've replaced it with this 14K white gold 1950's-1960s clasp featuring six 5.9mm pristine cultured Akoya pearls together with four 5mm "imperial green" jade cabochons. The pearls and emerald-green jade cabochons are set among hand-sculpted leaves with a florentine finish. A safety catch secures the clasp.
The necklace is 21" and remains on its original thread. The necklace ships with certification from Stone Group Labs stating that the jade is natural and untreated jadeite from Burma (Myanmar).
