Shooting Star Pendant Necklace in Sterling with Gemstones

About the Item

The Shooting Star pendant is a celestial, moon-shaped necklace that is made in sterling silver and accented with gemstones. The lunar shape is 2”. You can either have it smiling - in a horizontal direction OR you can have it dangle so you can layer it with other necklaces. The pendant necklace is 18" and the dangle pendant is 20" with a 2 inch extender. But feel free to order this up to 30 inches long. There are two - 2.2 mm white round topaz, or blue topaz or blue moonstone and one, 2.5mm white round topaz, blue topaz or blue moonstone. And there are six tiny 1.3mm white sapphires. They represent stars in the sky! The tiny sapphires are flush set and the larger stones, prong set. The design of the interlocking spirals on the filigree was based on the images of the amazing spiral nebulae photographed by Nasa's Hubble and Chandra telescopes. The chain is a simple, silver cable chain. These necklaces are in textured or polished sterling, but they can be ordered with black rhodium centers (as shown in some of the photos) with other gemstones or colored diamonds. This same design is available in gold. (Through 1stDibs). Celebrate an eclipse or just the fact that today is going to be special. No matter what. In case you didn't notice - you can also have this same design as a pendant, as long as you like - from 18" to 30". These would make a great gift! There are 3 in stock right now - 1 pendant dangle with moonstones, 1 smile pendant with moonstones and the other with white topaz.
