About the Item

A gorgeous Faraone 18k gold coin necklace with gunmetal links. The necklace comprises oval gold and gunmetal loops gathered in groups of three. These loops are attached to the coins and connect gunmetal rings. A color of the dark brown metal with a warm hue of the yellow gold creates an appealing combo. The coins are all antique and are following: 1) A 20 lire gold coin, Italy, depicting a head of emperor Napoleon I (c.1808) 2) A 5 pesos gold coin, Argentina, with a capped Liberty head facing right (c.1881) 3) A 25 pesetas gold coin, featuring a profile portrait of king Alfonso XII (c.1878) 4) A 10 guilders gold coin, portraying king Willem de Derde (c.1875) 5) A 20 lire gold coin, Italy, with a head of emperor Napoleon I (c.1809) The necklace is greatly crafted: it’s smooth, flat, and sits perfectly on a neck. This vintage necklace is made of 18 karat yellow gold and gunmetal and features five antique gold coins. The coins measure from 1 1/8" (2.8 cm) to slightly under 1" (2.3 cm) in diameter. The necklace measures 17" x slightly under 1/2" (43 x 1.1 cm) and weighs 131.5 grams. The vintage coin necklace is stamped "montatura Faraone - 750".
