Turquoise Drop Necklace
About the Item
The Water Drop Necklace symbolizes carrying a tiny piece of a body of water with you, represented by a beautiful blue Turquoise framed with silver. It includes the signature rosebuds found within Angely Martinez Jewelry, set near the bottom of the pendant, where the rock would be.
Turquoise is of the 3 birthstones for December babies (with Tanzanite and Zircon being the other 2), making it the perfect gift for the upcoming Holiday season. It is perfect for everyday wear and its size is also great for those who love to wear multiple necklaces.
The pendant itself is about 0.5” long connected to an 18" Diamond Cut Chain, which is a standard size for most women.
The piece is made out of sterling silver (.925) and fine silver (.999) with a Turquoise .
The necklace was hand-fabricated and the gemstone set by the designer in her studio, with additional help from artisans in NYC’s diamond district.

Angely Martinez
Born in Dominican Republic, Angely Martinez is an award-winning jewelry designer and metalsmith based in New York City. Her work is influenced by the beauties of nature and the world of fantasy with a touch of Romanticism and the Baroque. These are themes that she has been obsessed with since childhood. Previously, she has worked in the jewelry industry as a bench jeweler for fine jewelry companies, where she was able to master her craft. She's a former participant of Bijules Incubator, a talent development program, where she built her debut collection, VERMILLION. This selection of one-of-a-kind (OOAK) silver jewels for 1st Dibs will be her last installment of OOAK pieces made in such metal, becoming collectible items. In 2023, she will begin transitioning her business mostly into gold.
