About the Item

Magnificent sterling silver flask with turquoise and spiny oyster inlay. The 4” x 4 5/8” x 1 1/4” flask has a dragonfly, butterfly, bumblebee, with a stylized cloud and lightening design. Opal, gaspéite, sugilite, and coral are inlaid in the figures. The back has a Superstition Mountain scene etched in the silver. About the Artist Aldrich Art is a cottage industry currently located in southern Colorado. A husband and wife team, Benny and Valerie Aldrich started their careers as jewelers more than 40 years ago in a teepee near Prescott, Arizona. Now, with their jewelry featured in galleries across the nation, they maintain the superior quality of their inlayed jewelry by keeping their business small and true to its roots. Benny and Valerie feel that their purpose in creating jewelry is to express perfection and love for themselves and others using the elements of the land and the sea to capture and enjoy the beautiful side of nature.
