1950s French Cartier 7 Carat Diamond Platinum Ring
About the Item
Ring in platinum, dog's head hallmark.
Oval and domed, openwork, this incredible ring is claw-set with 2 antique and intermediate brilliant- cut diamonds on an entourage of shuttle- cut diamonds. The ring is made of 3 gold threads that meet at the base.
Special order handmade by Maison Cartier.
Ring signed and presented in its original case from Maison Cartier.
Total diamond weight : approximately 7 carats.
Height : 21.6mm, Width : 21.1mm, Thickness : 9.2mm, Ring Width at Base : 3.6mm.
Total weight of the jewel : approximately 9.7 g.

Our opinion : Splendid and luminous, this retro diamond ring was specially ordered and made to measure from Cartier - Place Vendôme to celebrate the wedding anniversary of the wife of a French diplomat.
