21st Century 9 Karat Rose Gold and Diamond Open-shank Cesellato Cocktail Ring
About the Item
Understated, elegant and 600-odd years in the making; this asymmetric, pear-shaped, open-shank rose gold and silver cocktail ring was produced using an ancient Albanian technique in the heart of Sicily.
Hand selected rose-cut white diamonds, totalling 1.75 carats, are placed into two blackened .925 silver drops. One drop is 13 mm across and 8.5 mm long, the second is 23.5 mm accross and 12.5 mm long. The band and base of the ring are 9-karat rose gold.
The photographed ring is a size 6 US/ 12 EU, but it can be re-made in any size on request. Custom pieces require one month to make and cannot be returned.

The FANCS V workshop is situated in the heart of Sicily's capital city, Palermo. The jeweller is a three-generation Sicilian family business owned and run by Simona Elia and her husband Natale Vitale. Created by Natale's grandfather, FANCS V has grown from a goldsmith shop into a design studio where Simona, who trained in Milan, contributes signature collections to complement the custom pieces Natale produces for a dedicated client base. For FANCS V, happiness is defined by the moment you receive your jewel and fall in love with it. Look for the company code PA266 stamped into all gold pieces, which indicate their authenticity.
