This stunning, fine and impressive antique gold opal and diamond ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold. The substantial pierced decorated setting is ornamented with a feature 1.56ct cabochon cut white opal, twelve-claw set in subtle relief to the centre. The opal is encircled by twelve impressive claw set Old European cut diamonds, totalling 2.10ct , completing the cluster design. The elevated trifurcating ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the substantial plain shank. The interior of the ring shank is hallmarked with the 18k gold mark (18CT). The antique opal and diamond cluster ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card. This stunning, fine and impressive antique gemstone ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with a platinum setting. The substantial pierced decorated frame features an impressive Old European round cut diamond, claw set to the center of the circular design. This feature diamond is encircled by six stunning round faceted cut demantoid garnets*, totalling 0.70Cts. The scalloped outer circumference of the cluster design is embellished with twenty-five claw set eight cut diamonds, completing design. The pierced decorated, elevated shoulders blend seamlessly to the plain yellow gold shank. The shank is embellished to the interior with the contemporary engraved inscription '1st Sep 1911'. This garnet and diamond ring in yellow gold has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold and platinum.
