About the Item
“Toi et Moi” – a ring style rich in history, yet with its own place in a modern jewelry world.
Translated as “You and Me”, it features a band, with two gemstones nestled side by side. Dating back centuries, it became famous in 1796, when Napoleon Bonaparte choose a ring like this to propose Josephine de Beauharnais.
This elegant ring in platinum is set with a dazzling 1.25 ct pear shaped emerald and a 0.85 ct diamond of F color and vs1 clarity. The diamond stands for love and prosperity, while the emerald represents good fortune and youth. A charming extra for this duet are 2 classical baguette shaped diamonds of 0.3 ct total on the sides.
As the name suggests, this ring symbolizes two entities meeting as one and is perhaps one of the most romantic forms of jewellery.
