About the Item
One of a kind wave ring featuring a 3.84 carat Rubellite Tourmaline in the center with a diamond bezel surrounding it. Eight diamonds weighing .21carats decorate the waves along the gold bezel holding the stone. Designed with an open back, based on the ancient belief of the gemstone power reaching the body, this ring is one of a kind and can be worn along or paired with other rings.

Ico & the Bird Fine Jewelry
Ico & the Bird Fine Jewelry was founded by designer Juliana Domenico (’Ico’) Carr and inspired by her world travels, searching for the most beautiful and unique gemstones to incorporate into her designs. Gemstones have always been a passion for the designer. She spent the first five years of her life in Brazil, a country known for some of the worlds’ most striking and rare stones, and her earliest memories were of playing with giant, loose aquamarines in her mother’s jewelry box and arranging them into designs. Working primarily in 22k matte gold and hand-picked gemstones, Juliana works with master craftsmen from around the world employing ancient gold smithing techniques in the creation of singular pieces that will be treasured for generations. Juliana holds an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from The George Washington University. She also holds a Graduate Gemology (GG) degree from The Gemological Institute of America and Graduate Fine Arts from UCLA.
