A high-grade almost flawless deep pink Mozambique pink tourmaline 13 x 18 mm cabochon is held in a spiral carved and fluted 4 prong setting atop a substantial split double spiral motif shank. This setting really shows off the glowing luminosity of this amazing stone. This ring is currently sized 6.5. It is resizable. One of our finest pink tourmalines ever!

After a chance trip to SouthEast Asia in 1987, Steven Battelle became fascinated with the jewelry and iconology from the ancient cultures of Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece, and Asia. Eventually forming a partnership with a dedicated group of Balinese village goldsmiths using painstaking handmade techniques, they together create unique designs that incorporate those timeless and classic motifs. He incorporates primarily cabochon gemstones as well as ancient Greek and Roman coins, each piece capturing the feelings of a bygone age. If you wish to create your own special piece, similar to a style we make, please let us know, and we'll see what we can do.
