Centering two Oval-Cut Tanzanite's and set in 14K Yellow Gold, this two-stone "Toi Et Moi" ring is a splendid example of the ring design. "Toi Et Moi", meaning "You and I" in French, the ring style was introduced in 1796 when Napoleon Boneparte took a previously-married woman who was six years older than he was as his new bride. Shocking at the time, most were against the union, but fearless as Napoleon always was, he pushed forward and proposed to Joséphine de Beauharnais with a Diamond and Sapphire "Toi Et Moi" Ring.
