14K Solid Yellow Gold Fashion Ring with Pressure Set .90CT Old Miner Diamond
About the Item
Never designing the same silhouette in her jewelry, Alison Nagasue created a new ring profile and used an old miner cut diamond which has an elegant characteristic. One side of the ring has 3 "lanes" of gold with the opposite side narrower but all solid. From the top view the diamond is pressure set and the upper and lower walls narrow the gap forming a V end up as a solid soft rounded point. All edges are rounded for comfort and aesthetics.
Made in 14K gold with a fine finish of high polish. The style is non gender, wearable as a pinky ring or on any finger. Each surface is high polish and then assembled with laborious craftsmanship. Using a modern style and incorporating an old miner cut diamond marries new and old. Simplicity is key.
