Hand Knit Pink Flower Set in a Handmade Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Bead Ring
About the Item
Only Alison Nagasue would be interested in combining small handmade knitted flowers and set into a handmade silver with 14K gold beads "setting" for a cool ring. Each is a one of a kind. Spring is coming, and this flower ring will get noticed. Just don't get the knitted flower wet!
The silver base of the flower mimics the outline of the knitted flower and so each ring has to be handmade. The 14K yellow gold is applied as beads to keep the flower positioned. The band is kept simple and polished.
Alison was a knitter many years ago and perhaps that is why she envisioned something new to mary with jewelry. It has a very familiar aspect, is comforting to wear.
