Early 20th Century Yellow Gold Serpent Ring

An early 20th century yellow gold serpent ring, the ring in the form of a coiled snake, with a carved head set with an old-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.15 carats, all in yellow gold, hallmarked Birmingham 18ct gold, 1919, in original box, gross weight 11.7 grams. Finger size T An early 20th century yellow gold ring in excellent condition. This bold ring comes from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. This ring is a fine example of the serpent style, with an elegant coiled snake featuring a glittering diamond set into its head. This is a striking and sophisticated ring, and a true statement piece. The finger size of most of our rings can be adjusted and our workshop will be happy to do this free of charge. If you do not know your finger size please request us to post you a finger measure.
