About the Item
A fine hand wrought arts & crafts sterling silver basket.
With a lobed body with pierced handle and a raised 'JBB' monogram is applied to the handle.
Made by the female American silversmith Anna Eicher who was active in Parkridge, Illinois (outside of Chicago) from about 1900 - 1925. Her husband, Heinrich, was active at Kalo.
American arts & crafts silver made by women is rare, and this small basket is a fine example!

Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. There are some noticeable scratches to the base of the bowl, with some very fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
