"Explore" documents a moment of engagement between my youngest son and the natural world. In 2022 we emerged from 2 years of rolling lockdowns and walked into the grounds of Australia's oldest University
Set against the sandstone buildings, he is hesitant, whispering "There's a bee on the next flower along" before reaching out gently. In a few seconds, fingers that for two years have been more accustomed to touchscreens, keyboards and manufactured indoor surfaces tentatively reconnect with the natural world.
This piece is my first ever video NFT and it was made especially for FlowerGang.
