Ruega por Nosotras

Every women in Mexico has at least one close friend that has been either harassed or stalked in her life. Since early age, it has been normalized for this to happen. Now many girls don't even walk alone in the streets. It is not the time of the day, it is not the clothes that we wear, it is not even the location. We live in a country that could care less about feminicides, even tho we have one of the highest rates. Impunity leaves us with despair. 1000 feminicides happened last year. The clock keeps ticking, the time keeps running, and hope, well. I don't see much of it. "Ruega por Nosotras" is an scape from this reality, a way to put some hope out there for all the hermanas that are still fighting, missing.
