Sag Harbor Retreat

Vacation Home by Leroy Street Studio in Sag Harbor, NY

Nearly every room looks out toward the sea, with sofas and built-in seating all facing the water.

We conceived the double-faced blue banquette to act both as a hangout place and a dining room.

We shopped at Paris flea markets for the furniture in the living room, and designed the coffee table to work with our finds.

Upstairs, the family room—"The Cabana"—has large openings on both sides of the house overlooking the forest and the bay, and was designed to be the perfect relaxing space to meditate in front of the amazing views.

Outside, the burnt orange sunken banquette has taken the color of the sunset.

We sourced the soaking bathtub in Japan.

We added layers upon layers of material to ground the house in its environment.
