Image dimensions: 18.7x13 cm.
Abstract Composition is an ensemble of two etchings and collages on Arches paper, realized in 1973 by the German artist, Hans Richter, published by La Nuova Foglio, a publishing house of Macerata.
Monogrammed and numbered in pencil on lower margin. Edition of 99 prints. On the back on the lower left margin it is visible the dry-stamp of the publishing house, and a black ink stamp "Estate Hans Richter".
Beautiful artwork in excellent conditions except for light foxing on lower margin, is the perfect contemporary original print for your fashionable private collection at an affordable price, to collect jealously!

German painter, director, historian and theorist of experimental cinema, Hans Richter is among the greatest exponents of the historical avant-garde ed. he was one of the first artists to question the relationship between painting and cinema and to make abstract films in the early 1920s.

Hans Richter was a German painter, director, historian and theorist of experimental cinema. He is among the greatest exponents of the historical Avant-garde. Richter was one of the first artists to question the relationship between painting and cinema and to make abstract films in the early 1920s.
