Boy Bee
Located in Ibadan, Oyo
At the core of "Boy Bee," we encounter the symbol of the blue face cap. The blue color carries diverse connotations, representing tranquility, freedom, and a sense of calm. In this artwork, the blue face cap becomes a powerful symbol of the wearer's individuality and self-expression. It suggests that the young man is using his choice of headwear as a means of asserting his uniqueness and setting himself apart from societal norms or expectations. The face cap becomes a metaphorical shield, allowing the young man to navigate the world on his own terms, symbolizing his desire to create his own identity and carve his own path. By prominently featuring the blue face cap, John invites viewers to reflect on the significance of personal style as a form of self-expression and as a means of celebrating our distinctiveness. "Boy Bee" encourages contemplation of the intricate nature of identity and the journey of self-discovery. The young man in the artwork exudes a sense of confidence and self-assuredness, suggesting that he has embraced his unique qualities and is comfortable expressing them. His choice of the blue face cap hints at his exploration of various aspects of self and his willingness to experiment with different forms of personal style. John's portrayal of the young man invites viewers to consider their own journeys of self-discovery and the power of embracing individuality. The artwork encourages us to question societal expectations and norms, urging us to uncover and celebrate the diverse layers that make us who we are. "Boy Bee" serves as a reminder that true fulfillment and happiness come from authentically expressing ourselves, even if it means deviating from the conventional path. In "Boy Bee," Makama John...

The figures at the back represent the wisdom and love in a child while the figure at the front represents the power instilled in a child that should never be looked down on. Golden Glow - Colorful Landscape Abstract Framed Ready-to-Hang Vibrant Art
Located in Los Angeles, CA
Lee Herring focuses his contemporary paintings on vibrant, textured, and abstract landscapes that convey fleeting moments. Herring's energetic artworks are inspired by everyday moments and memories as he captures these ephemeral spaces within the context of a spontaneous, dream-like landscape. This 25-inches square original pop landscape painting on canvas is signed by the artist on the front and back. This artwork is framed in a simple white frame and is wired and ready to hang. Size and price include the frame. Free local Los Angeles delivery. Affordable Continental U.S. and International shipping. A Certificate of Authenticity issued by the gallery is included. Lee Herring was born in Sunderland, in northeast England. After excelling in art throughout his early education, he went on to study Fine Art at the University of Chester where he developed his painting style. Herring graduated with 1st class honors and was awarded the University Prize for his work. Years of dedication to his creative practice have cultivated Herring’s current multimedia style. Each of Herring’s paintings evolves through a spontaneous process. The conventional paintbrush is abandoned as Herring employs layers of impasto pastel hues in acrylic, markers, neon spray paint, and a glaze of varnish with pallet knives, trowels, and scrapers. The physicality of his work is evident in the visceral nature of his paintings. Sell-out shows and professional collaborations characterize Herring's international presence as his style constantly develops. His artworks are displayed and represented internationally with a strong following of investors, collectors, and reputable galleries. Magical Gold - Large Abstract Painting
Located in Los Angeles, CA
Clara Berta’s acrylic and mixed-media paintings blend texture and color to create harmony, mystery, and depth on the painted surface. Her paintings transform spaces into Zen environments where one can quiet a cluttered mind and enjoy beauty every day. Clara Berta’s paintings explore themes such as the ebb and flow of memory, the significance of personal heritage, the passing of physical time, desire, grief, and love. This artwork measures 36 inches high by 60 inches wide. The sides of this original abstract artwork are painted white. It is stretched, wired, and ready to hang. It may be installed vertically or horizontally. It is signed and titled by the artist on the back. Free local Los Angeles area delivery. Affordable Continental U.S. and worldwide shipping available. A certificate of authenticity issued by the art gallery is included. Clara Berta explores the collision between the old and new; destruction and rebuilding lives. She began painting as an outlet of grief; creating something beautiful as the result of loss. Through her creative practice, she has found healing and further offers to her community safe spaces for troubled teens and women to heal through the meditative process of painting. Her artworks are a language, a push forward in new directions and achievements, while always inspired by history. Berta mixes minimalism with underlying texture and embraces modernism while compiling the odds and ends of her attempts to let her art speak for itself. Her abstract works often include reminders of her travels expressed in unexpected sequences of patterns as well as distortion of perspectives and subconscious spaces. Manipulating the texture with several layers of texture paste and acrylic paint, she will work and re-work her canvases, layering textures to give added dimension, and creating works that intrigue and invite the viewer to explore not only the surface but also the inner language of the painting. A passionate, award-winning artist of Hungarian heritage, Clara Berta's dynamic and highly textural abstract works have been exhibited and collected worldwide. Fils I Colors DCXIII - Contemporary Colorful Abstract Mixed Media Painting
Located in Los Angeles, CA
Barcelona native artist Raul de la Torre's vibrant abstract mixed media artworks pay homage to textiles. De La Torre allows the materials to take over during the process and collaborates with the unexpected to create works that speak to the natures of dynamism and unity. Experimentation with different materials, textures and techniques in each of his paintings has been a point of discovery and a major part of Raul de la Torre’s work. In his Fils I Colors series he attempts to find the third dimension through the use of different materials. This colorful 30-inch high by 24-inch wide original artwork on canvas is wired and ready to hang. The sides of this artwork are painted white and it does not require framing. It is signed and dated by the artist in the lower right corner. Free local Los Angeles area delivery. Affordable Continental U.S. and worldwide shipping. A certificate of authenticity issued by the art gallery is included. The interaction between the artist, gravity, and the paint is important for the final result. A tilting technique permits the paint to be a major architect of the final result, giving it a life of its own. It results in infinite and timeless color combinations. In many cases, the different layers of color each represent a temporary state of mind, time, and even feelings, places and people. Some of them are embroidered forever in our memory turning to form part of our DNA. To represent the firmness and strength of that past the cotton is mixed with the paint in the works to form a unity. Embroidery provides another layer as it creates thick shadows with organic shapes. De la Torre makes horizontal cuts on the canvas and covers these open areas using color matching cotton thread. When combined with light, these shapes create a more dynamic surface and offer different views of the work to various observers. Raul de la Torre was born in Barcelona in 1964 and attended Massana Art School. About the Fils series, de la Torre remarks: “FILS I COLORS is an attempt to find life, movement and parts that are not static, that change in their interaction with the observer. The different combinations of colors represent different emotions and interpretations for each individual interacting with the works.” Raul de la Torre's artworks can be found in the collections of The Four Seasons Abu Dhabi, the Tropicana Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, the Rothschild Family Collection, and varying Hilton properties. His works have been exhibited and collected worldwide. Artspace Warehouse has been representing and exhibiting Raul de la Torre's original artworks since 2010. "Summer Skull" - Original Gary John Pop Painting on Newspaper
Located in Los Angeles, CA
Los Angeles street artist Gary John exploded onto the international art scene first during Art Basel Miami in 2013. John’s playfully bold work quickly gained attention and he was named one of 20 standout artists at the 2014 NY Affordable Art Fair. His works have been exhibited at Artspace Warehouse since 2013. His contemporary artworks continue to be exhibited at major international art fairs in the United States, Asia and Europe, including Los Angeles, New York, London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Celebrities and major art collectors worldwide have acquired his timeless artworks, which have seen a significant increase in value. John applied acrylic paint onto newspaper to create this one-of-a-kind artwork measuring 14 inches high by 11 inches wide. The artwork is signed and dated by Gary John in black along the lower left corner using the first two letters of his first and last names: "GA JO". This artwork is not framed and requires framing for proper display. A certificate of authenticity issued by the art gallery is included. Convenient local Los Angeles shipping. Affordable Continental U.S. and worldwide shipping also available. Gary John has been a street artist since 1985. Originally from Seattle, Washington, he moved to Venice Beach, Los Angeles in 2003 and began selling on the Venice boardwalk. After almost 10 years on the boardwalk and experiencing “a bout with homelessness,” he was discovered and his artistic career took off with great success. He references this success in every artwork he makes. Along the left side of the artwork he paints a series of circles joined together by an arrow pointing up. Each circle represents a stepping stone on the path of success that keeps growing to greater heights. On the right side he depicts a line of houses, expressing the joy he finds in the stability of a home. His street artworks have a whimsical yet exciting and bold quality, inspired by classic cartoon and comic book characters rendered with acrylic paint in a bold graffiti style, on newspaper...
