The painting represents an abstract composition that reminds to a natural shape (as the title suggest): the brown colors used by the artist are a direct link to a natural element of the terrestrial environment.
Claudio Palmieri, born in Rome in 1955, was a protagonist of the New Roman School, or Via del Paradiso, and boasts more than twenty years of national and international artistic activity. This versatile artist deals with painting and sculpture with equal expressive ability, rejecting conventional disciplinary barriers and, at the same time, enhancing the linguistic peculiarities (painting, photography, sculpture, sound research). His works are permanently exhibited in national museums and in several Italian cities.
