Artist Kajal Zaveri depicts a vibrant abstract landscape inspired by long walks in nature. She paints shades of yellow, orange, and red to create a sharp contrast against the clear blue sky. The cluster of trees bathed in warm sunrays blend dramatically in the foreground. A pensive river freely flows below the greenery adding a tranquil familiarity.

About the Artist
Kajal Zaveri uses her observations, encounters, and memories of beautiful, natural scenes as the basis for her abstract works. “The colors and styling of my pieces evoke that sense of gratitude, joy, amazement and wonderment that I feel every day,” she explains. She hopes her paintings spark the viewer’s own fond memories of certain places and times. When she’s not painting, she enjoys reading and cooking recipes from around the world.
