Dynamic Primary Geometric Abstract in Oil on Canvas
Colorful and dynamic oil abstracted geometric composition by Ross H. Pollette (American, b. 1948). Bright colors are arranges in an abstract pattern that creates an "Op Art" image - an optical illusion of depth. The patterns appear to slide into several chambers cut into the ground.
Pollette also paints under the pseudonyms 'Max West'

Ross H. Pollette (American, b. 1948) is a designer and author from San Francisco, California. Pollette writes under the pseudonyms 'Max West' and 'Ross X.' He frequently designs the covers for his books. From his bio, he describes himself as: "Designer/writer/composer/former CEO of Max West Enterprises-- lives and works in San Francisco CA." He likes raising carnivorous plants, beer and cast metal sculptures. West has been in wars--doesn't approve of them; is against 'Time' and 'consensus reality', is for creativity and human dignity.
