About the Item
Stefan Meyer grew up in Basel, Switzerland. After studying sculpture at the Schule für Gestaltung Basel, he continued to educate himself in art and design. For over 20 years, he has passionately devoted his life to the arts including drawing, painting, and producing sculptures.
This 28 inch high by 20 inch wide original horizontal artwork is wired and ready to hang. It is framed with a black wooden frame. The price and size include the frame. Stefan is interested in the spontaneous, subconscious effects of the pictorial design. The genius of the expression exhibited in his paintings is fresh and youthfully fascinating. His inspiration comes more from his subconscious than from a technical discipline.
In his latest works, Stef creates a distinctive world of characters and figures in a mixture of painting, drawing and collage. His human like figures are often found to relate to each other. He undoubtedly works with a very recognizable style of distinctive figures in his art world.
