In recent years, Giancarlo has increasingly focused on his artistic practice, developing a distinctive thematic approach and a personal pictorial technique. His current body of work centers on Mediterranean landscapes, inspired by years of travel among islands and sea routes, as well as scenes rooted in his native Lombardy, where the interplay between trees and human-altered land forms a central narrative.
