Harbor scene by Bay Area artist Ralsten (American, 20th Century). Many boats are docked in the harbor. One of them is being cleaned by a man in a red shirt. The piece is wonderfully detailed, with rigging on the masts and precise features on the boats. Of particular note are the lush reflections in the water. Southwestern Artists Association.
Signed "Ralsten SWA" along the right edge.
Presented in a wood frame with a linen mat.
