About the Item
Pair of oils on canvas made under Follini's signature executed around 1930. The works depict a sea view with rocks in the foreground and boats near the horizon. Two works showing a stormy sea realized through strong and fast brush strokes. Despite this dynamic style, some details can be seen in the rocks and waves of the sea. In both works, the painter succeeds in imparting character with bright and vivid colors.
Both canvases measure 30x40 cm and have recently made frames, not contemporary, measuring 45x55 cm. The author's signature can be found in the lower left corner.
The state of preservation is good. There are signs of wear due to the era and need surface cleaning.
