A magnificent Welsh landscape by the listed British artist Thomas II Whittle (fl.1856-1897). Evening Hour at Penmaen-Bach. Signed and dated (1867) to the lower right. Well presented in a handsome gilt-effect frame with various running patterns and a decorative palmette cornice. On board.
