A study on the impact of perceptual clarity on the existence of the object.
This study explores how perceptual clarity shapes the viewer’s experience of the object. When perception loses focus, the boundaries of the object begin to dissolve. In the absence of clarity, the object no longer asserts its presence — it becomes ambiguous, even invisible. The work invites the audience to question whether the object exists independently of how it is seen.
"In this work, the camera is used by the artist with a unique technique. Except for the composites, the lights in the image fragments are entirely refractions from the camera mirror.” (March 2021)
