About the Item
Y.A., 2025 by Isabelle Schneider is a contemporary photographic mixed-media work. The photograph is of window blinds, highlighting the dichotomy between green window glass and sky reflections in its upper half, producing a turquoise hue. Shadows of branches cast on the window organically take on the semblance of a letter “Y” positioned above a letter “A,” for a subtle focal point.
The mixed media photograph is finished with resin for a glass-like surface, and mounted on a wood panel. The work is 20" x 16" x 1" in an edition of 5 – titled, dated, signed by the artist on verso (back of work). Available: Ed 1/5
