Ptica is an original serigraph realized by Tomislav Petranovic Rvat in 1974. Hand signed and dated in pencil on lower right margin (Tomislav Petranovic Rvat '74), titled "Ptica" on lower central margin; edition of 160 prints. Perfect condition.
Nice artwork representing a fantastic colored bird in the middle of a natural landscape ("Ptica" means "Bird"). It's a red peacock with a red berry in the back. The main features are the use of color and the softness of lines.
Tomislav Petranovic Rvat is a great teacher of Croatian naive painting. He has made over 30 solo exhibitions and has participated in more than 100 group exhibitions at home and abroad. He lives and works in Nova Gradiska (Croatia).
